Ted Turner saw the worldwide broadcasts and made it into a Emmy nominated show on Turner South Network for 5 seasons. Amy has given the cafe to Nashville Songwriters Association International. Katie Couric interviews Amy

Pat launched his own Internet open mic now and has begun a "tour less traveled" showcasing the unknown songwriters and artists via his new broadcast stage, Javadavida.com  Pat makes videos and swings a hammer to keep the mighty Field Hut rolling. Here's a song I wrote back then with Tony Rosario...around Mother's Day

Says Pat, "Yes, I was in the movie, Thing Called Love. No. I won't talk about my "thing" with Sandra Bullock. They cut our big scene to keep it PG...I was supposed to be the "thing" called love...and the script changed...all I got was a cameo.

From 1987 to 2004, Pat open up several halfway houses. Here's a condemned home he bought off of Dickerson Road in Nashville, TN, restored and Directed from 1996-2001

The Last Stop Club in Nashville (a recovery meeting house) needed a meeting area where smokers and non-smokers could get along. Pat bought 12 post, cemented them into the ground and challenged the members to keep bringing material. They kept bringing lumber and willing hands. In 14 days this gazebo/event stage was hosting its first meeting. Now, TCYPAA has a pot luck/-BQ there followed by a meeting every Sunday evening.

That was July, 2004 when Pat hit the road to work as a road musician.

His first road CD project was produced in the tiny mining town of Telluride, CO. He showcased himself with 26 San Juan Mountain Songwriters, selling 5,000+ copies of Telluride Row. T-Row artists now have major label record deals, international airplay and movie soundtracks!!
Shawn Colvin and Emmylou Harris discuss it in this video clip.
